Will AI save the Nasdaq ?
The Nasdaq100 Index is currently expensive on a FreeCashFlow basis (only 2.68% while Fedfund rates are at 5.25%). High growth expectations from AI are priced in its largest components. How index valuation multiples will be impacted if AI ends up benefiting other sectors of the economy or if the Tech MegaCaps fail to monetize it?
